ACTIVITY DATES & SCHEDULE
Our Summer Program runs from Monday, June 11 to Friday, July 26. There are 3 sessions available and each session is two weeks in length.
Session 1: June 11 to June 21 (9 Days)
Session 2: June 24 to July 5 (9 Days - July 1 is a Public Holiday)
Session 3: July 15 to July 26 (10 Days)
AM Session - Students must select one activity from Period 1 (9:00am to 10:30am) and one activity from Period 2 (10:30am to 12:00nn) for a complete registration.
WHOLE DAY: AM + PM Sessions - Students must select one activity from Period 1 (9:00am to 10:30am), one activity from Period 2 (10:30am to 12:00nn), and one activity from Period 3 (12:30pm to 2:00pm) for a complete registration.
Students are required to bring their own lunch when they arrive at school in the morning. Lunchtime for students will be from 12:00nn to 12:30pm. Our staff will provide supervision during student lunch break.

Parents are invited to register starting now until Friday, May 31.

PAYMENT METHODS
By Bank Transfer: Please email a bank-in slip / proof of payment for our record to administration@ashk.edu.hk.

By Cheque: One cheque per student should be made payable to “Universal American School HK Ltd.” for the TOTAL COST. Cheques should be dropped off to the General Office with the student’s name and class on the back.
Please note that all program costs are non-refundable and cash will not be accepted
No refund or credit will be issued for students absent from the Summer Program or any reason
CONFIRMATION
Parents will receive an email confirmation of their child’s activity from the ASHK General Office prior to the start of the program.
